- 6 Piece of white tahu
- A piece of shaked egg
- 3 piece of garlic
- 4 dining spoons of flour “tepung bumbu sajiku”
- Cooking Oil
- Onion leaf
How to make:
Smash the white tahu, mixed with white onion and roll it.
Add salt, peper, onion leaf and sahked egg.
Mixed the dough with flour and water, then shake it.
Warm the mould and give a little of cooking oil.
Take a dining spoon of dough to the mould and wait until a half of ripe.
Give slices of sausage and wait until ripe.
